Bradley Junction to Bradley Wood Junction
4th September 2008

Featured in this collection is the left hand side of the Triangular layout at Bradley & Heaton Lodge, from Bradley Jct site of the old Railway Station, under Leeds Road A62 heading towards Brighouse, this line is used by one train per hour, which originates at Wakefield to Huddersfield, then reverses back to Bradley Jct taking the line to Brighouse, train then goes to Halifax,Bradford,Leeds and on to Selby. The now regular Cotton Mill Express uses this junction on its way to Copy Pit. I have along with John Whitaker assembled some 20 photos showing the route & trains that use the line, also such novelties as the LNWR boundary posts on the A62 which may indicate this was once a cutting and was made into a tunnel at some time in the past century, any takers with aditionall info?
